recent Holter monitor results

I've been feeling ill for a while, and my old, out of state, PCP thinks I probably have an autoimmune disease (most likely Sjogrens and RA or Lupus). I was having a lot of issues with dizziness, palpitations and difficulty breathing in December, and I wound up in the ER twice. The second time, they ordered a 48 hour Holter monitor, though I was only able to keep it on about 24 hours since I had an allergic reaction to the pads (both the plastic I started with and the cloth they were switched for). I have an appointment with a new PCP tomorrow, and I'll be talking with my old PCP by phone on thursday.... but I was wondering if anyone has any insight into my Holter monitor report.

This is what the report said. My rhythm was mostly normal with an average of 88 bpm. Highest was 121 bpm, consistent with sinus tachycardia, and lowest was 55 bpm, consistent with sinus bradycardia. No AV block detected. I had some supraventricular arrythmias (11,662 PACs, 2791 couplets, and 3 runs with the longest 3 beats). No PVCs. General conclusion was that the rhythm is abnormal due to frequent premature atrial contractions, and that more evaluation is needed.

I've been having palpitations on and off for years, and I had a complete cardiac workup in the fall of 2010 (echocardiogram, stress test, Holter monitor). I didn't like the cardiologist I saw then, so I don't want to go back there.

I do also tend to have low blood pressure, and do have episodes of weakness and dizziness too.

Recent bloodwork also shows low RBCs and hematocrit. I'm 28.
