Question on symptoms I am experiencing

Hello everyone. A little background on me:
-I am 25 years old
-I've been diagnosed with high cholesterol, so much so that I am on 10mg Crestor daily
-I have pretty bad allergies and living in Florida does not help
-I've recently lost my job so I do not have health insurance
-I have a left rotary cuff injury from working out
-I have a family history of bad heart/heart attacks

For 3 straight days now, I've had some pretty bad allergy symptoms. I've also been very low on energy, find myself "out of it" or "dizzy" almost constantly, and sleeping nor rest fixes this. I also feel a lump or pressure on the left side of the chest, and my mid-left back has a pressure or lump. The thing about my back is it feels like a muscle problem because when messaged, it hurts really bad. My heart is also pounding in my chest constantly. My heart rate is 78 BPM at rest.

What scares me is for 3 days now I've been dizzy/light headed, low energy, and my pressures in my chest.

about 2 months ago I've seen a heart doctor. EKG, xrays, sonograms, and stress test all indicated no problems. I am guessing what's happening now is from allergies??
