Bradycardia and life long minor? fatigue

I was just diagnosed with bradycardia. I have always had a lowish heart rate, and the better condition I am in, the lower my heart rate. I am 63 year old (female) with a BMI of 29.8 (overweight) but a year ago I was 35.1 (obese). I am in good physical condition, have been doing 10K walks at a rate of about 20 minute miles, UPhill.

My question is about fatigue. I have never had a lot of energy ever, in my whole life. I seem to almost always have to REALLY PUSH myself to exercise and get any physical exercise done, and I do.

A dear friend recently suggested that I might not need to live with fatigue for the rest of my life, if there is a treatment for my bradycardia. My resting heartrate is in the low 50s.

I do have a question, as yet unanswered, in to my PC Doctor about whether I should pursue treatment, but in the meantime I found this forum. I have had no other symptoms other than some fatigue, until this week, when I had a few days of light-headedness, fuzzy brain, slight muscle weakness and sighing. My oxygen saturation was 98%. The Doc I saw was not alarmed by my symptoms since all of my vitals were good. I tend to have low normal blood pressure. My blood chemistry was all in normal range except for a slightly high white blood cell count.

So really I have two questions: it is possible that my fatigue could be relieved by treatment of the bradycardia; and, based on my symptoms, do I NEED to go to a cardiologist?
