Chest tightness

Hello I'm new on here I was looking for advice well here it goes.
I'm 30 yr old male I have scoliosis bad and I've been a very active person all my life well last yr in oct I thought I was having a heart attack so went to er and EKG heart enzymes were fine they sent me home. Well it went away and barely had problems for next couple of months well in march April and June and July I went back to er with same heart attack symptoms which were chest tightness, clammy feeling everywhere, shaking, nausea, palpitations, and breathing problems and cold chills well everything came back normal one dr told me it might be intestinal so I went to see a gastro dr had an endoscopy a barium swallow test and a colonoscopy all came back fine but he did say I had gerd which is weird because I only have heartburn like once a yr I've had a ultrasound of gallbladder it was fine and had a ct scan found out I'm allergic to ct contrast within min I was covered in hives but still ct came back normal I still am having the symptoms but not going to er unless real bad cause I can't afford it I mentioned to my dr that it might be anxiety cause one dr asked if I had it I told him no he said that might be the cause so I mentioned it to my dr he gave me an antidepressant/anxiety med and after a week and a half I had to quit taking it cause to many side affects well when I told him I quit and could he prescribe me something else he still has not called me back I think I made him mad by quitting before I talked to him well if anybody has these symptoms or any input for me what so ever please write me back any info is appreciated thank you

I know I shouldn't have quit without telling him but I couldn't take it I was curled up in bed nauseated bad constantly shaking horrible dreams if and when I could sleep sweating real bad and headaches bad I figured that coming off them wouldn't be as bad as what I was going through plus I had to have a ct scan in three days and I couldn't move so I quit taking them I called him as soon as I could but the nausea was so bad I couldn't talk but as soon as it went away I told him

Thank you for that I don't like taking drugs but at this point feeling the way I do I'll try whatever he gives me I've been in and out of hosp all my life for scoliosis my first surgery was 18 months old so I've been dealing with pain all my life and I don't take anything for it I just live with it but also because of where I live a lot of drug users getting drs to give them anything now the drs don't give anything narcotic and Tylenol and ibuprofen just don't work but I've never experienced anything like this before and they just won't help me I had to ask for all the tests that have been done by reading online trying to figure this out but if it is anxiety I'll try anything anti depressants or anti anxiety meds just hopefully they don't put me in a fetal posturing again

The only thing I have take for anxiety is that anti depressant he gave me it is citalopram

Thank you I will do that what does ssri and ssni stand for so I know how to talk to them cause the drs around here do not like you asking for certain things by name like meds and I got another question maybe you could help me out I noticed about two weeks ago that my chest, stomach, and sometime pelvic area seem like they have a tremendous fever yet my head doesn't its hot to touch does that sound like another symptom of anxiety or not

I told him when I saw him that the er dr and the cardio dr said my heart was fine to tell my gp that it was probably anxiety so that's what I told him and citalopram is what he gave me I didn't find out that it was an anti depressant till I got home and looked it up I wondered why he gave me that instead of regular anxiety meds cause I don't have symptoms of depression I love my life always have just when this started going on I wanted to figure out what was causing it
Before this yr I haven't been to er in ten yrs so I figured he'd take me serious but I don't know he seemed different let me tell you this to its a new dr cause I hadn't been timy regular dr in two and a half yrs and when this started happening I tried to get an appointment and found out he retired so I had to find a new dr

I'm tryin to find a good dr there aren't very many around me anymore that still accept Medicare there are quite a few drs that have quit taking new patients and are closing down because of Obamacare so a lot of poor and old people are out of luck around here I live in a very republican section of east Texas

It hasnt gone into complete effect yet but they have quit accepting patients because of it and a bunch of them have signs out front saying if it's not appealed and thrown out the doors will be shut for good it's insane cause I've been on Medicare going on sixteen yrs and never had a problem with a dr helpin me but now I get treated like people that don't have insurance at all
