Hi all brand new member here.
I came across this website on google while trying to find out information about
exercising while having a PFO. I had a TIA last year and a bubble echo test showed i have a small PFO. At rest test was clear but some beeps when i strained.
Ive been put on Clopidogrel 75mg for life now and im now 30. I have only just today found out the link to migraines and a PFO. I suffer from migraines and get very tierd easily and it seems maybe everything is linked despite this hole being small
Im unsure what to do because i dont know long term effects of being on this medication. Id love to go to the gym as ive put on alot of weight from stopping smoking but my nurse has said it wouldnt be wise!I feel so restricted at the moment and feel long term maybe the option of a closure would benefit me but of then i think crap its heart surgery - scarey stuff.
would love to hear from anyone whos had a PFO closed or is living with a PFO and not even considering surgery.
thanks guys
