this is so true I use soy milk some ice cubes and then some fresh fruits and a dab of stevia or small packet of splenda or whatever you like it is so good and it is a proven fact . It is so good too and yu use regular soy milk or vanilla flaaaavored I also use blue berries, strawberries,bananas and black berries I did one with 1 C soy milk
4 ice cubes,1 Teaspoon of sugar or sugar subistute and some strawberries and babnanas and oh so good.
