Neck Vein Pain

I have pain in my neck veins which goes to my shoulder. I can feel the pain on the exact location of the vein when it happens because it is right on the vein where the pain is. i also feel the pain going into my shoulders where the veins are. it worsens with physical activity also. i need help please reply
