could this be a heart issue?

Hi, i'm a 23 year old female. my medical history is basically this; been diagnosed with endometriosis and interstitial cystitis in 2005, i'm gluten and lactose intolerant, just recently been diagnosed with gastroparesis. i do have some digestive issues and also hypotension.
however, despite the pain and some fairly annoying symptoms from the other conditions, i'm generally ok.

what i can't seem to understand is why everytime i exert myself, even if a just light workout such as walking in a shopping centre, i fall asleep or pass out.
even washing my hair is too much and i fall asleep straight after. i cannot go to the gym because i either fall asleep or black out, the minute i'm done.
my doc ordered a ECG today but he took it while i was at rest. wouldn't this just show a normal result?
anyway, what i want to know is if there is anyone else with these type of symptoms.

Welcome to HealingWell. I was not sure I understood if your Dr. did an ECG looking at your heart or and EEG looking for a neurological problem.

If you had a major heart problem it should show up on an ECG and there are a lot of follow up tests he could have ordered.

Looking at your neurological status Patients may be asked to go to sleep during the test because EEG abnormalities are more likely to show up during sleep.

When you say you black out, do you mean you actually faint ?

I have a few of your symptoms but I know the cause of mine and they are much different from anything to do with the heart.

Be sure to follow up with perhaps referrals to some specialty areas.
