19 year old athletic male with history of syncope for 3 years. Echo results:

LV EF 40%
LV size normal
LA mildly dilated
RA is moderately dilated
Mild Mitral valve regurgitation
Mild pulmonary valve regurgitation
Moderately reduced RB systolic function
RV is moderately enlarged
Bigeminal rhythm during much of recording
E/E ration suggests normal L filling pressure

Thoughts????

If you have received these results you should have had a cardiologist or your PCP explain the results to you so please do check with your DR.
