I am a 49year old female who had 2 heart attacks, I'm very familiar with how Natural Disasters can affect our symptoms. I have also been trained and am certified as a Community Emergency response Team Member from EOC& FEMA to help out our local Fire Department and rescue units in the following disasters;
Floods, Hurricanes,Thunderstorms,Lightening,Tornadoes, Winter Storms and Extreme Cold, Heat Wave, Dealing with Extreme Heat, Earthquakes,Volcanoes, Landslides, Debris Flow, Mud Slides, Tsunamis and Fires.
We all need a disaster kit on hand so we will be well prepared for any type of Natural Disaster and that makes it less stressful on us.
