It kinda does sound like anxiety to me. When you feel the weird sensations breath in with your mouth closed deep, then breath out with your mouth open, do it about 3 times. It should work for the anxious feelings. Is your blood pressure normal? If your blood pressure is high, it will make your heart work more to pump the blood, and the breathing will help to relax you and slow back down your heart rate.
