It's sometimes very confusing when you are at the grocery store and you're looking at the butter/margarines/No, or Low fat spreads, or now even the ones that have ingredients that are supposed to lower Cholesterol.
How do you know what to choose?
All of us have our own ideas about this by trial and error over the years - I personally have used Olive Oil, even before it seemed to be a popular oil, as my Grandmother used this in her cooking for years.
Recently though, a study was done and they found that by "replacing saturated fats in the diet with a "balance" of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats" that it helped to lower blood cholesterol. Sunflower oil supplied both types of fat!
