That is a legitimate question, but a question that would probably be best to ask your
physician. The people posting on this site are not physicians. Any advice that
is given here is given by lay people based on their experiences in dealing with
the same situations and based on their research.
Hopefully one of our members will have some personal input. Besides heart problems, inner ear, medications, anxiety disorders, low iron levels, low blood sugar and a multitude of other problems can cause symptoms such as you have described.
I used to have a similar problem after walking however, I felt lightheaded, cold and clammy. Checking my BS a couple of times I discovered I was dropping my blood sugars into the low 70s so I started carrying hard candy in my pocket and if the feeling returned I would pop a candy into my mouth and slow down how fast I was walking. This worked for me but each of us is unique so do check with your Dr.
