still pushing foward with this psvt n pac's

Its been a while since I've posted, but I recently just started back working, after 4 months on medical leave from my job. The first 2 weeks went great I had very few pvc's n just a few runs of tachycardia, but last week was the worst, not so much as of the pvc's but the tachycardia, I just couldn't seem to keep it under control, I called my doctor n he doubled my cardizem( I start taking 240mg tomorrow oppose to 120mg) the problems exist mainly when I'm at work (Im a nurse's assistant at a nursing home) my job is really stressful n im constantly moving about, so having these episodes of tachycardia is really challenging for me, I'm hoping the 240mg of cardizem keeps it under control, I really dnt wanna have to stop working again. I keep hoping that me going back to work isn't triggering my symptoms back up again...I would just lose it if it gets back worse again...especially after so much progress.

PS....I never have been a heavy drinker of alcohol, but I occasionally have a drink r two maybe once a month (this was before my heart problems started) but has anyone drunk alcohol while taken beta blockers (cardizem) is it safe to have a daquri are wine cooler every now and again..nothing heavy??
