ECG abnormal but normal for women help

Hi everyone
I am hoping that someone can she's some light on whT is going on abit of history
41 yr old women 2 kids
Costochondritis
Anxiety panic attacks
Muscle and inflammation issues
Other than that I am fairy healthy work out low impact 3x a week for 30 min end of July beginning of August I was feeling diZY and what I thought were Palputations so they did blood work normal except inflammation
Echo of heart normal
Loop normal
ECG what they called normal for me non spa ific t wave abnormality
Fast forward to today starting last week I had a sharp pAin in my right shoulder blade and neck aches to turn and move also went down the arm went to see gp and she said muscle got a second opinion same muscle spasms but I wasn't happy so my gp did an ECG for me and it came back as follows

Non spacific t wave inversion
May be normal female veriant
Now I am not happy with h
This the go said it is normal and they change in women as we age
She is confident with the previous tests that nothing is wrong with my heart
I don't have breathing problems or chest pain that is not caused by my costo no pain when I workout but yet I am still worried

Any solar stories or words of wisdom

What I also forgot to mention was that when she was doing the test one of the leads detached she noticed it after and said oh the lead detached she reattached it and went on I wonder if that could have any importance
I am going back to my gp or we and get a second opinion
Would like another ECG done and some blood work donè to confirm
The fear if not knowing is making me have anxiety attacks and making me afraid to sleep but the fear of knowing is also scary
Go said that if she thought that there was something serious she wouldn't send me home but to have more testing again I am due to see her again tomorrow but I think I will just go to a triage or emergency department instead and bring this with me I am so scared right now
