Got my Bluecrest Health Screening report - it shows my cholesterol levels are creeping up!

I just received my report following a health screening with a company called bluecrest health screening. It showed my cholesterol levels are getting worse since my last test. I think a lifestyle and diet change is in order, can anyone recommend some foods, diet tips or easy lifestyle changes I can make to get things back on track? Thanks in advance!

I went for a health screening as I wanted to be fully aware of what was going on in my body etc. I was a little surprised to see higher than normal cholesterol levels but glad I went as I now have a chance to sort myself out before it leads to something more sinister! I hope I can get my levels back into the normal range within 6 months too!
