Benign heart arrhythmias are hard for some of us to accept. I get PVCs, anywhere from hundreds to thousands per day. Although PACs are technically different then PACs, in a benign arrhythmias they are not to be worried about
. The important thing is to receive testing and a diagnosis.
I used to comment on an arrhythmia forum, people properly tested and diagnosed as having a benign arrhythmia were having up to 10,000 PVCs/Day, and their doctors weren't worried. I recently stumbled on to the following link, an electrophysiologist, a doctor that corrects heart rhythm disorders, and he identified 20,000 PVCs as the point when they would start to become an issue to the health of the heart. Even my hundreds or thousands pale compared to that number, it has eased my mind considerably.
One thing that many of us don't realize is that there are many many people that don't feel their PACs or PVCs, and are blissfully unaware that their heart rhythm is not perfect. We have an advantage because we received testing and know ours are benign.

A saying I found last night that I think applies.
"From the area of Chinese medicine....appropriate to mention here: "One disease, long life; no disease, short life." In other words, those who know what's wrong with them and take care of themselves accordingly will tend to live a lot longer than those who consider themselves perfectly happy and neglect their weakness. So, in that sense at least, a Weakness of some sort can do you a big favor, if you acknowledge that it's there."
Edited my post since I did not have a microscope when I wrote this on my phone. Ugh!
