Wow I really needed to read all of these. I have been having PVC's for years and they would come and go so of course I thought ok well what is the worst. Well one day I had it so bad that I was in the Urgent care where the Dr told me it was totally normal but they sent me to the ER which again they told me they were totally normal, but of course my mind would not allow me to think that they were. How could something that makes you feel like you are dying and short of breath be totally normal. I have begged my MD to send me to Cardiology but they said I am too young and that there is no need for concern. I refuse to take anxiety meds as I am a strong believer in self talk to calm myself down however at times even that is very difficult when these occur. Thank you for posting your comments some have been a little scary and most have relieved a lot of anxiety I can only hope that increasing excersize and changing diet will help relieve some of these as they can consume a huge portion of my day, by the time one happens and I get myself to calm down the next one happens and the cycle starts all over again. Having a fear of dying at such a young age can consume your day and life, but it is a relief to knwo I am not alone and that these PVC do not only happen to me.
Being scared all the time is not fun, but will try to increase my excersize.
Thank you
