Have you called your doctor or visited the Emergency Room? I'm not a doctor, nor have I played one on TV ;-) but if you're concerned and you feel something is not quite right, it's better that a doctor makes sure everything is OK, such as by an EKG.
If it feels normal when you wake up, still consider seeing a doctor, but if it doesn't feel right, still feels like a "quivering heart beat", you probably should be seen at a hospital emergency room.
If you are seen, by doctor or ER, be sure to tell them everything and anything that you use, medication, energy drink, supplements such as you mentioned, alcohol, caffeine, (and not suggesting that you do, but for anyone else reading, even illicit or non-prescribed drugs).
There are some arrhythmias that involve the top of the heart, the atrium, that would require taking anti-coagulating medications at the very least, and it's important that a doctor rules out this type of arrhythmia or if found provides the necessary medication.
Please keep the forum updated on your progress. Wish you well.
