Hey, I am 26yr old male who has been fairly lazy these past couple months, mixed in with terrible eating on a daily basis. I started having pressure on my chest and shortness of breath last Thursday. I decided to go to the ER, where they ran an EKG, Chest X-ray and drew blood. The doctors in the ER and my M.D both said i had a perfectly healthy heart. They diagnosed me with GERD, which my mother has too. 5 days later and the pain has subsided a little, but it still comes and goes. I also have random pain in my jaw, back, shoulder, stomach, and numbness in my face arms, shoulder. When i start moving around and walking, i feel better, but when I'm at rest i feel the pressure on my chest. I ended up visting the ER again a few days later, and they ran some more tests, and ended up telling me my heart was perfectly healthy again. I looked up symptoms for unstable angina and i match all of them, except sweating/vomitting. When i try to do any type of exercise the pain seems to completely go away, or subside. My question is, am i too young to have this disease? Do you think i have this disease or do you think it's something else(maybe an infection or nerve damage)
Btw i grew up eating very healthy, and have had a tendency to binge eat. I've eaten
cookies and ice cream every day for months before.
My symptoms that match unstable angina. Again the only two that didn't match are the ones i didn't post which was vomitting/sweating
Chest pain or pressure
Dyspnea
Dizziness or sudden weakness
Fatigue
Pain or pressure in the back, neck, jaw, abdomen, or shoulders or arms
Symptoms that occur at rest; become suddenly more frequent, severe, or prolonged; are a change from the usual pattern of angina; and do not respond to rest or nitroglycerin
