Good Morning and Thank You. Your taking a look at these posts is always helpful. I appreciate your honesty in avoiding misleading information- the tough part about
forums is not scaring the members more than they already are. I respect your reason for not posting to the member.
My hubby is home and sees a Cardiologist next week on Tuesday. He saw his PCP yesterday who basically ran labs.
I am looking forward to having the input and dx of a Cardiologist. As my hubby has had Crohn's for 35 years, it is extremely difficult to keep his weight up. He is 6'0" and his weight dropped down to 137lbs while in the hospital. He is also a very busy, hard working person and sitting is not something he does well.
AS for me - back to chemo on May 12th - I am the Captain of my ship and my Oncologist is working with me which makes my decisions my choice. Monday I will have my CEA drawn so we will see what my numbers look like. I am choosing quality over quantity. My scans continue to show an increase in the size as well as new nodal involvement - no organ involvement at this point. I am thankful for this and have been spending much time with our adult children and grandchildren.
Hope this finds you doing well and know I think of you and find your presence here in the forum a blessing.
Kindly,
Kitt
