….as a recent recipient of heart problems, your best bet is to see a cardiologist to rule out those worries. I caught mine just in the nick of time, and would not have done so, had I not had a recent "treadmill" test. It is my
strong opinion that the heart, and possible problems are nothing to put off. I'm a workaholic, and put work first over sensibility, and nearly paid for it. You would think that after having a massive heart attack back in 2002, I would have taken my own advice here.
If you have ever had a heart attack, you will never forget it. It was some of the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life next to my double lumbar fusion surgery.
If you have any signs, and or symptoms, then again,…. get in and seek a professional first.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
