any young people that had bypass surgery

I am 36yrs old and had quadruple bypass surgery and doctors don't know when all my bad pains in my chest is going to calm down I already went back to the hospital because of it they check out my heart and it was doing great they say its chest wall pain but they don't know why it's still swollen and painful to the touch and just straight pain all the time it has been 7 weeks since my surgery and they said because I am so young it's not a lot of information out there to answer that question have any of yall experience any of this
