indigestion +belching+jaw pain

I have daily indigestion (heartburn) after burping that ends with shooting jaw pain. I ended up in the hospital 2 weeks ago because the jaw pain remained for about 20 minutes plus back pain and chest tightness appeared. i had a nuclear stress test (Hated it) an echo and a heart monitor. The ejection fraction of my heart results from the echo showed 30 to 35% and with the nuclear stress test 48%. Anyone had or have similar symptoms?

have you been able to go over the findings with your cardiologist.
it sounds like you have been tested enough, so the results could give you and your doctors a method of treatment if needed. there are many here that have experience and wisdom to share. best to you.
