hi,
I can only tell you that your Cardiologist and his team need to sit down with you and the family and explain everything on the test evaluations. Mine did, when they cathed me and found a totally occluded RCA 100%, too old to stent. Fortunately, for me that is, they also detected large well formed collaterals that bypassed the blockage. I take Ramipril to keep things from getting worse. They carefully and fully explained to me, that they did not risk surgery on me for just one blocked Right compensated vessel. But that was me. Everyone's situation requires different action. Please have the Cardiology team go over everything and all options. I am sure that someone with more info and advise will jump in. best to you.
