This has been the longest I've ever seen it that people ask questions but seemingly never return to see the answers, not just on the Heart Forum, but the Epilepsy and Migraine forums as well. It's possible that some people are returning and reading the comment, but not acknowledging it. The other thing I've witnessed is people asking questions here and on another site, then, if they get the answers on the other site, they don't return here.

None of us are walking dictionaries that have an overwhelming desire to soliloquize answers and experiences on this web site, most of us enjoy the interaction that is part of it. If people are not going to revisit their questions and address the person/s that answered it, I would imagine that fewer and fewer people will take the time to try to help out with answers or advice.

1. If you ask a question, try to touch bases with other participants that answered your question.

2. If you asked a question here and somewhere else, visit both sites to touch bases.

Remember no one is paid for answering questions and commenting. If you're like me or some of the others here, when you are asking a question, you may be preoccupied with your health, but to best encourage participation, please try to revisit your questions and discuss things with other forum members. I like HealingWell, hopefully this is not a transgression posting this, but we're either in a lull or people are becoming inured by the brevity of text messages and are forgetting the interpersonal side of human relations.

hi jungrulz, i post on the hepatitus and ms forums here. my feelings as a newby asking ???ssss here is;

1. there is no one here welcoming 1st timers
2. many posts go unanswered
3. no visible moderation

im not complaining, just responding to your post.

Also, many of the forum monitors have been working on the site for hours every day tending to massive amounts of spam which have been posted every night and occasionally throughout the day. We are working with the site administrator to resolve this issue, but all of us also have homes, jobs and families in our lives. Oh, and we're all also living with serious health issues too.

Hopefully things will improve over the next few weeks. And thanks for your interest in HealingWell.
