hi all,

lil - glad you are feeling somewhat better. you sound like what you need is a weekend of rest...

teri - not sure i'll make chat (again) tonight. i'm sorry, it seems like my evenings have just been out and away from home during the week of late. i'm going to be at my mom's tonight, doing the "fall clothes exchange" - swapping out her summer stuff. so i'm a little late! anyway, sorry i can't be there and you know i was thinking, a small post from thee sorta summing up the chats would be nice (on fridays). that way slackers like me that miss the chat can learn what was discussed, for what it's worth!

Libby, re summarizing the chats...usually it's more like letting your hair down and more personal, so I think I'll let what's said in chat stay there, unless it's some news re heart health in general.  I hope you understand?

wishes - instead of just trashing what i said.  again, what i said before was meant to
be just helpful suggestions. well, that probably won't help improve the situation.  why not let everyone have some
input about why/how things could work better? 

i think this is a great forum.  there are some great people on here.  make CAREFUL suggestions about how you'd like to see things improved!  the moderators work hard to make it a good place.

To make a bad situation worse, is never a good idea.  It only fuels the fire.

I do work very hard here on this forum and another.  Along with fighting my illnesses just like most of you all do, too.

You gave me some wonderful ideas for chat and they were used.  I'm just sorry you did not attend, or enjoy the ones that you did attend.  Chats are not a required function here.

All the chats here at HealingWell are an hour.  We are not doing anything different than anyone else.

I appreciate every comment you ever made or suggested and I do wish you all the best!!

i didn't mean to "fuel the fire." only hoped to make helpful suggestions that would
make the site even better. i'm sorry it wasn't seen that way.

i will check in from time to time just to see how some folks are doing. again, i wish
everyone well and happy and healthy.
