Hi there,
I wrote in earlier about my friend's echo results. The reason I was asking is that her husband was in the hospital with heart issues and they released him after about a week and he suffered a massive heart attack at home about a week later and passed away. They never did an angiogram and she was concerned that he didn't get the proper care. I got more info about his echo and it said:
ECHO - Inferior and posterior hypokinesia with reduced longitudinal contraction, overall mild to moderate LV function (EF in 2 chamber 37 %, 4 chamber 70%). Poor akinetic freewall with poor RV funtion, trace of TR, normal RVSP.
Does anyone know what this means?
Thank you,
Sue
