Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm???

AAA.....I don't know if that is the problem. I have not been diagnosed. But I did not know where else to post this. If it is in the wrong place and can be moved...go for it.

I have a lump/bulge about 2 inches below my sternum. When I was a younger/child doctors just told me it was a very strong stomach muscle. I have alway been thin and when laying on my back you can see my heart beat in my stomach. Now-a-days it is a bulge. I have high BP (not regulated by any meds I've taken), GERD, IBS, FIBRO and a mess of other stuff.

Recently my BP spiked. ER visit 255/150. Now when there is pressure on my stomach in the spot mentioned above, I get dizzy feeling, and I get a cool sensation and tingles under chin and up sides of cheeks. Hold the pressure there too long (maybe about 60 seconds) and I get a serious headache.

Any Ideas? I put AAA in the subject line because this is the only thing that I can find when googling.

Thanks Happy Turtle - my doc is useless. And just as an example: They believe that genetic testing is "bad science". *Shrugs. I would only go there if had a broken bone or something like that. My BP spiked about 3 months ago and I can't take meds because of some weird enzymes in my liver...they don't metabolize like they should and I get every side effect in the book from every med I've ever taken in my life. But thank you for your comments. I actually do have an ultrasound coming up, maybe they will figure it out. Thanks again.
