terrible fear of having a heart attack

Ever since finding out I've got heart palpitations, and a heart mumur, I feel like terrible fear of having a heart attack. I've had an echocardiogram done and a 24 hour Holter monitor, both came back good. I can't get over this fear and worry about having a heart attack, if had some chest pain, upper chest right side, near my armpit almost while walking the mall, lasted MAYBE 10 seconds or so, and just because of that I've gone into instant "what if I'm having a heart attack" mode. ): has this happened to anyone else after having any sort of heart problem, even if it came out that your heart was ok???

breathe. sit calmly. not distractions, nor noise. close your eyes gently. breathe in gently, but from your gut, get that gut sucked in, hold for 5 seconds, and the trick is to breathe out slowly and count slowly to ten and the last bit of breath should end here. wait 30 seconds and repeat. your doc has cleared you. you are working yourself up-get that stop sign out and delay traffic for a little while. take care.
