Is neurocardiogenic syncope related to RBBB and tracicardia

I have been diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope. I already had right bundle branch partial blocked and had arrhythmia {tracicardia}. also had low blood pressure, heart palpitation, and chest pains.

I like to know is all these connected to the neurocardiogenic syncope and how its related if it is.

wow. done some reading. tachyicardia is the main culprit from what i have read, (mainly ventrical) bracchicardia is less common. from some reading, with my vision impaired eyes that there are many contributing factors. POTS being the big one, blood pressure anxiety-which from what i am reading hightens the the synscope response from frequent palpatations. i tried. hope i helped, i learnt too. seems the condition is very cyclical and feeds of each response.
