I've actually managed to get an appointment with the original gp that picked it up this friday, so I'm hoping he can give me some clarity.
If he also leads me to believe that this is just how I am going to feel from now on, then so be it, I will have to get used to it, but something sure doesn't feel right. I also worry that a pericardiectomy only fixes the symptoms and does not really address the underlying cause, which I understand is usually hard to pin down. They initially though it was TB, but all the test and biopsies came back negative.
