Hello :)
I was diagnosed aproximately 3 months ago with left ventricular hypetrophy,
I am 30 years old currently very obese (197 cm tall 150 kg), my bad cholesterol is increased, blood pressure is 130/90 and i am seriously thinking to bring many changes to my lifestyle in order to attempt to live a long and healthy live.
Among the changes to my diet i am also thinking to attempt to sign up to a gym and start working out with some cardio + weight lifting. I was wondering however if that would be allowed for people such as me with my diagnosed condition. My cardiologist said that it should be fine however i was thinking to hear what others would have to say.
Any opinions would be appreciated! Thank you!!
