Shortness of breath, chest pain/tightness/burping/left arm pain

So since February I've been experiencing a wide array of symptoms. It started out as hard palpitations in my left chest, and eventually this chest tightness at work where I feel like I couldn't stay still. Now sometimes a burp will help relieve it for a few seconds but then it's right back. As the months have gone my symptoms have changed. Recently I'd feel like a heavinesss/tightness over my left chest. It was strange as while driving taking turns it felt as though it got tighter or would move. Other times I'll have this pain in the center of the chest that's not crushing, but a constant steady burning pain throughout the day. The 2 scary symptoms I've had seem to be left arm pain and shortness of breath. I'll be talking to a customer at work pointing them in the right direction and after I get this feeling through my chest like I need air. The left arm pain can occur by itself and with the chest pain. Some days its on and off for a few seconds or minutes, gone, then back again. I've had many tests done including EKG's, blood tests, chest x-rays, a stress echo, and a barium swallow. I've tried reflux medicine which didn't affect much. My EKG's have all been normal, chest x-ray normal, the stress echo I was worried about but the doc said everything was normal and that my heart was 1420 metastates or something like that and pumping like a champ. I also did a holter monitor which when i got the palpitations the cardiologist said it was just a skipped or premature beat in my regular rhythm. So I've done just about everything for the heart part and have no diagnosis. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Have you talked to your doctor about anxiety?

hi and welcome. gastro check up. gastro symptoms can mimic heart symptoms. doc might need to have a peek in there.

Thanks for the reply. The only thing I didn't mention that occured last night was when i;m laying down sometimes, I'll feel like I've stopped breathing and sit up real quick, It's almost like I forgot to breathe. It's probably happened 5 times. 4 times lying down, and one sitting upright in a car taking a nap on a long ride.

Yes Melissuh, I thought I put in it my original post. After visiting my regular doctor he wanted to first rule out any heart issues. So he had an EKG done and blood work at the office. He then referred me to a cardiologist who referred me to have a holter monitor and a stress echo done. The holter showed either premature beats or skipped beats (I can;t remember) all in my regular heart rhythm. The stress echo my doctor talked to me about the results, said all structures and what not look fine and that my heart was doing 1420 metastates which he said pumping like a champ. I have not seen a gastro Dr. I did have a barium swallow done in March which showed nothing.
