Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation

Who else has this? I need more information on it. I am 23 years old, 35 weeks pregnant and got put on a 48 hour monitor due to flip flops and slight dizziness (results aren't back yet for the monitor) but my echocardiogram showed I had "slightly leaky valves" my nurse told me not to worry about it because apparently it's "normal" and she said even she probably has leaky valves if she had an echocardiogram done. She told me my ejection percentage is 65% which normal she told me is between 50-75%. Any advice or info is appreciated.
