Best sleeping positions after open heart surgery

Good evening all
Im Sara im 32 years old, i had an ASD closure open heart surgery ten days ago, every thing is OK , but i had a terrible and painful pain in the chest every time i go to bed or get out of bed!
Is there a specific position for sleeping that will help me ?
Honestly i'm afraid that my position is wrong !
I will be very thankful if you helped me with the best position for getting in and out of bed

welcome, sleep on ya back if ya can. when getting out bum slide near edge, gently be in the sitting position, swing legs gently over, wait a minute, plant feet and raise, try not using ya arms. I am amazed you weren't advised.

getting in, sit on side bum slide over and swing legs (move over). have ya pillow already in the position ya like it.

keep strong. sleeping on ya back will be better for ya breathing. at least whilst ya healing.

I found that sleeping almost sitting up, with plenty of pillows to keep me upright worked the best.
