Getting ready for doctors appointment

Hello my fellow doctors and patients,
Before I went to my doctor I wanted to know what the holy internet things about what I'm dealing with here.
I have 2 complaints about how my heart behaves:

1: Maybe a 6 or 7 times a day on average I get lightheaded, my heart feels like its trying to pump blood in but it cant somehow and the heart rate is going through the roof, this lasts maybe 7 to 10 seconds until it starts pumping regulary again and it feels like all the blood goes back to my head.

2: Maybe 20-30 times a day I get a painful stab in my heart which doesnt last long and isnt too painful but still conserns me.

Some background: I'm 24 years old giant, about 204cm tall, and about 120kg heavy, average body type, I have a history of heart disease in family members.

Okay, so you want info on preparing for your doctors appointment.
1. Write down family history of heart conditions and include which conditions, such as if you have family history of strokes make sure to include that. You can als do this by getting the poaperwork and filing it out before your appointment. I always go and get the paperwork and look over the waiting room well before az first visit.
2, write a list of questions/concerns, like you did here and go over it and make sure to list what is the most important issue you want to talk about first and try to keep a limit on this to about maybe 5 questions or concerns that bother you the mosts.
3. then ask about testing, what they recommend.
4. Then listen, just listen carefully and if you have a hard time remembering take a friend or spouse with you, they can remember things you miss or take a tape recorder...
