Sick sinus Syndrome ??

Hi Rickk90, sorry to read about what you are going through. The good news is if the ER dr felt this was a cardiac problem that had you in immediate danger, a cardiologist would have been brought in to see you before being released.

During this 6 months of dizziness have you seen your dr about it & what does he seem to think is causing it? If you have anxiety issues, yes anxiety can cause everything you are writing about. Work on getting the anxiety under control which will help keep the panic at bay.

See your GP for follow up & see what he thinks need to be done. Take care.

When you see your GP you can ask what he/she thinks about repeating any of those studies. I would venture a guess your anxiety is playing a huge roll with what you have going on. I am not a dr, but this is something very common with people with anxiety. A friend of mine's husband had panic attacks & every time he had one he felt like he was having a heart attack. Off to ER they would go, this happened several times in a year. He was checked out by a cardiologist & everything was fine. It was his anxiety putting him over the edge. He finally got help for his anxiety & those attacks stopped. There are a lot of posts in this forum of people with anxiety thinking its their heart & its the anxiety working on them, so you are not the only one that has felt this way.
