Melissuh, I know that stress can create some symptoms that appear to be heart problems. This happened to me many years ago when I was in my 30's. I had never had anxiety or panic attacks and they scared the crap out of me (and worried my husband, too, because he had no idea what we were dealing with). After many tests at that time including a 24-hour Holter Monitor, it was determined that it was anxiety and I was prescribed medication for it. This was before we were able to use the Internet and Google so I looked all through health books in bookstores, etc. When I finally understood that it was not physical, I was relieved and was able to stop obsessing that it was my heart. I took the medication for months and then somehow, I realized I was ok and I became more in control of myself and my health as I learned how to focus on Life and family. Now, I'm 68 and as I wrote in answer to your other post about the Echo test, I had an irregular EKG but the cardiologist says my heart tests are normal.
Believe the test results and focus on other things in life, family, job, house, hobbies, pets, whatever. Eat healthy food and have an annual physical exam so you know you're taking responsibility for your health. You'll be ok, honest.
