Hello everybody, i happen to feel like i'm about
to feint after a short walk (two blocks or something) I have to sit down, breath and try to calm down. I'm a 26 studient that excersise once in a while. I used to run seven miles in january this year. I tried to run again this july but i fail miserably, i couldn't even run one block , insane. I feel like my heart was about
to stop, i'm not sure if that's exactly what i feel but its the only way to describe it. I think it has something to do with my sleeping disorder. Sometimes i sleep at 10pm, others 4am. Stress could be another factor. Either way, what's your thoughts on the subject, and what can i do to get better if not reduce the fatige completely. Thanks for your time and have an awesome day
