S T Changes horiz to upsloping -on exercise stress test

Recent exercise stress test 10/5. They said I had a few little things, but nothing major. I prob would not need Cardiologist. Now, I get a call from Primary Dr office saying that it was Non- Diagnostic & I had S T Changes horiz to upsloping. & isolated PVC's. Should I be worried ? This started because I fainted 9/30/17 after getting up from a deep sleep & drinking a glass of wine 1 hour prior. They said it was syncope episode. My EKG was abnormal in ER, but nothing acute & cardiac enzymes negative. Advice please- I'm scared.

So, I am assuming this was the nurse calling you. Did the dr have any recommendations to be relayed to you? If the answer is no to these question then you probably have nothing to worry about. But, just so you are clear on the matter, call your drs office & make an appt to discuss these results. It would have been pointless for you to ask the nurse any questions because she probably has no idea. PVC's are nothing to get concerned with as these are considered benign unless you were having a whole lot each day. I don't agree with how your stress test results were relayed to you. By speaking with your dr you can put your mind at ease & ask questions.

It was not a nurse- a receptionist ! I have an appt with a Cardiologist on Wednesday. I am not bothering with my Primary Dr- I found out she is out all week anyway.Healthcare these days is the pits !

Oh my cardiologists that I see never allow any info to be relayed over the phone. I have to make an appt & either see him or his NP. I have been under the care of one for a little over 30 years. Try not to stress over the phone call. Take care.

Went to the Cardiologist and he said my stress test was negative. He did order an Echocardiogram.

the echo will show any abnormalities. keep strong.
