do I have A Fib?

I have episodes while laying in bed which feels like vibrating all over my body from head to feet.. I do have PAC's. The vibration stops if I cough and clear my throat a few times. I think it may be A FIB. I have had the holter monitor a few times, but this never happens while wearing it. I'm going to start keeping a record of times and dates for the Dr. Going to the ER is useless because the episodes last only 10 to 20 minutes.
Has anyone else had these symptoms of vibrating from head to foot? Nothing is actually moving, it is an internal sensation.
