I’m literallly confused about
my echo results. To give everyone a brief run down
I have
Normal aortic root
Normal trileaflet aortic valve
Normal left atrium
Normal mitral valve
Mild mitral regurgitation
Normal left ventricular function.
Normal left ventricular Internal dimensions and wall thickness
Normal right atrium.
Normal right ventricular size and function
Mild tricuspid regurgitation
Mild pulmonic regurgitation
Normal pericardium with no pericardial effusion
Based on TR jet velocity, RVSP is within normal limits, but it doesn’t show my IVC numbers
I’m confused and afraid of possibly having pulmonary hypertension. I do have a rbbb on my EKG but my cardiologist says not to worry about
it. My stress test was normal too, but I know pulmonary hypotension cause pulmonic regurgitation. My doctor brushes it off but I have a strange feeling. I’m going for a second option this coming tuesday
