Hi welcome, sounded like a small blockage that cleared. This happens.
Ok, the gist, age plays a role with conditioning. regardless of medical issues, past or present.
doubt it was a blood clot, more some cholesterol getting shunted, thus a possible small myocardia infarct and or an associated angina from this. No stent, no bypass, happy days.
The chances go up if you remain sedentary, eat rubbish, block them arteries.
Set up a health exercise regime with your doctor that is best suited to all key criteria, age, weight, conditioning etc.
Statins help with the cholesterol, so the walls don't cave in! Aspirin to thin the blood, e.g, flow and clotting.
Sounds like you are ok ion this phase since it been awhile. Am no dr, and we are peer based, however i have had a double by pass, and the effects of receiving it! Eat good, exercise within your parameters, health check up and dr regime. Water, keep hydration up. The bonus, was only a possible block, arteries stable.
Echo and angiogram clear, trophinin was up, and this can be stress induced, and intense exercise induced as well.
We can get back to what is a good baseline, these change with all of our parameters, so don't feel i got to this and that, your dr will advise. If you are still active, then your arteries should be fine, if eating good and not overweight. But life happens when we let it slide.
Keep strong, yes. HT
