Atrial Septal Defect & Quadricuspid Aortic Valve

Hello!

I recently received a diagnosis of atrial septal defect and quadricuspid aortic valve. The summary mentions mildly increased pulmonic valve velocity, minimal pulmonic stenosis, trace mitral regurgitation, and trace pulmonic valvular regurgitation. This was a lot to take in as I'm 23 and relatively healthy. I don't have a lot of information on what's going on, and I was hoping someone on here would have some inight on what this could mean for me. I'm not sure if I will require surgery or just monitoring. Any information would help. Thank you!
