Hi, I am 70 years old with 3 stents. Please forgive me, I mean well and am trying to help but I am only a layperson, so please do your own research before following my advice. If you go on a Whole Food, Plant-Based no added sugar, salt or oil diet, following the guidelines of Calwell Esselystein, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease: The Revolutionary, Scientifically Proven, Nutrition-Based Cure by Caldwell B Esselstyn, he has cured fellows like you. He works out of the Cleveland Heart Institute. If you can get a super expert in interventional cardiology he might give you some instant relief. But I also feel you need a very plain plant-based diet to prevent restenosis. In addition to regular statins and ezetimibe, you likely need a PCSK9 inhibitor that you self-inject every 2 weeks to help prevent restenosis. The plant-based diet would help with diabetes as well as heart disease and also Barrett's. I wish you the best.
