Stent in LAD

This forum is pretty much dead. From what I read at the Cleveland Clinic stenting will help prevent the widow maker from happening.

I've known several people that had stents put in & they have done very well.

Going for Brachy, don't know if you are still checking this thread, but just in case, I have had 3 stents placed, including one in the LAD in 2016, so 8 years ago, which was 80% blocked. Aside from the fact that my calcium score is super high and has more than doubled in the last 8 years, and the fact that I had a 3rd stent done this past summer, for a 95% blockage in the left main, due to a ruptured plaque, (I'm lucky to still be here), I feel very good and am living a normal life.

BTW, I think the number is 70% where they do a stent, anything less they won't stent.
