Help to Understand Holter Report

Hello,

I do not understand my father's Holter (french) report. Here are the comments from the analysis: No AF (FA in french), VT, ventricular run (Salve V in french), SVT, or Bradycardia detected. Numerous isolated and monomorphic ventricular extrasystoles. Presence of a run (Salve in french) of 4 complexes.

Then in detail:
Ventricular run (Salve V)
Episodes: 335
Longest event: 32 beats

There is also a strip indicating: The longest ventricular run (Salve V) duration 1.84s (see report attached).

Bradycardia
Episodes: 558

As a layperson, I perceive this as a contradiction and would need your help to understand it.
