My mom just found out she has an arrythmia... she had open heart surgery in 2000. I have pulled up some websites that say this is deadly!!! Just wondering if anyone has some insight!

There are many kinds of arrythmias. What kind does she have?

Their are deadly arrythmias but it depends on what she has..... Many arrythmias are NOT life threatening.

She had a doctor's appointment this week... I am not sure what type it is... she probably doesn't really know either.
