Depends upon the extent of the disease and how it's was and is being treated. I'm assuming that you didn't diagnose the disease yourself which means your cardiologist should be able to answer your questions.
I was diagnosed, via stress tests, followed by an angiogram, with extensive CHD 10 years ago at the age of 51 years. My left descending anterior coronary was blocked 97% with various others blocked at 50% or so.
My cardiologist recommended the then experimental MIDCAB (minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass) surgery to bypass the plugged artery.
Rehab was gradual and under the constant supervision of specialized nurses. I eventually left the rehab program, with the approval of my doctor, and joined a local health and fitness club and had no trouble with an of the exercise attempted, including walking the running track, jogging, basketball with my daughter and her friends, weight training, rowing, treadmill, and stair-steppers. Along as I achieved the targeted heart rate (to get the most cardio-vascular benefit) and felt no discomfort, I used all the equipment and facilities
Your cardiologist is your best resource to determine the best exercise program for you, not the Internet.
Best of luck
